Our story started on September 28th, 2019, at a wedding in Charlotte, NC. Sarah’s cousin Philip convinced her to sing at the reception, and after hearing her, Chris knew he had to meet her.Fast forward a few years (and a lot of adventures later), they got engaged on June 20th, 2025, in Shenandoah National Park—one of their favorite places to go. With the mountains behind them and a view they've always loved, Chris asked… and Sarah said yes!

The closest hotel to our venue is the Rod ‘N’ Reel Resort, and we’ll be providing complimentary shuttle service to and from the hotel for your convenience. Please note: Uber and Lyft are not readily available in the area, so we strongly recommend taking advantage of the shuttles we’ll be running throughout the evening to ensure everyone can celebrate safely and comfortably. The wedding venue does allow you to leave your cars there overnight if needed. If you're flying in, the closest airport is Baltimore/Washington International (BWI), located about 1 hour from the venue.
